Hi, and thanks for visiting.

I’m here to simplify health and help inspire you all to get back to basics… For me the recipe is simple, eat fresh unprocessed food, exercise and have fun!

I had the good fortune to grow up in country Victoria where I developed a deep appreciation for living in the moment… getting outside, getting dirty, embracing local community and appreciating real food.

These are the simple things in life that sadly are now being replaced with fast food, diet fads, technology and the growing urge to fit the social mould.

I don’t know about you, but I think all this stuff we’re constantly bombarded with about exercise, healthy eating and ‘only use these super duper ingredients’ has become overwhelming.

Somehow we’ve been swamped by theories and ‘programs’ when, deep down, we already know what works: being active, getting outside in the sun, spending time with family and friends, sharing a meal and a chat

So, now its time for us all to take a step back and enjoy the simple things in life.. Start a vegie garden, get your loved ones around for a feed, and turn off you’re phone for an hour or two!

On my site you’ll find some simple ways to achieve health and wellbeing through:

  • ideas for how you, you’re family and you’re mates can get the most fun out of life (because fun, in my opinion, is the path to achieving genuine wellbeing).

I don’t claim to be a Rhodes scholar on ‘nutritional’ matters, but, I do know that if you can put together a quick healthy meal after a tough day at work or go for the occasional jog  it just feels great. You feel healthier and happier and, over time, you end up being a healthy and happy person.

I’m all about us doing this together. I’m often making in-person visits with corporates and schools, where we share ideas through interactive cooking sessions.
